WFAF is an exclusive 501(c)3 Credit Repair rehabilitation organization. THE ROLE:
This role is within WFAF Teleservices sales dept. Our Credit Sale Consultants are responsible for selling our Credit Repair services to all potential clients. All new hires are hired for outbound Dialer based sales, but have the opportunity to progress to blended or inbound sales.

The reason they do this is because the sales agent makes a connection. This is the philosophy of our Account Executive sales team. We teach our agents and managers how to make that connection. Our Quality Program supports our Home based sales philosophy. This department is designed to assist our agents in providing a quality customer service experience on every call. To ensure the success of our employees and our Quality Program, we focus on 3 main components:
Sales Skills – We focus on 5 main sales skills: Connection, Tone, Probing Questions, Resolving Concerns, and Call Flow. These skills have been proven to increase the quality of our calls and increase the likelihood of closing the sale by over 50%.
COMPLIANCE :
Because WFAF is a 501(c)3, we are required and expected to maintain certain compliance guidelines. If we do not follow these compliance guidelines, the WFAF could be in jeopardy and could risk being shut down.
